JOB TITLE: Mandarin HR Helpdesk
LOCATION: Laguna
SALARY: Php 65,000 - Php 75,000 ALL BASIC
SCHEDULE: Dayshift (9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM)
REQUIREMENT:
️ Proficient in Mandarin and English
️ Experience assisting customers on phone and live chat, email, social media and web form submissions
️ Preferably Filipino-Chinese or fresh graduates or someone with CSR background
️ Amenable to work in Laguna
DUTIES:
️ Responsible to answer emails and chat regarding Payrolls and HR role
️ Provide solutions inquiries of employees of these companies located abroad
️ Responding via email if the inquiry is basic
️ Coordinate with employees of head office located in China
️ Updating employee file such as new address or marital status
️ Respond to internal employee concerns via email and calls
️ Answer calls from internal employees during office hours
️ Listen to global employees and give solutions to their concerns
️ Explain and record disputes to salary
️ Refresh employees regarding signed agreement
️ Collect and approve employees leaves and absences
