Job description

Industry : Trading Company (Import and sales of electronic components, chemicals, etc.)

Position : Corporate Sales (Japanese Speaker)

Location : Ayala Ave., Makati City

Employment Type : Full-time (Regular Employee)

Salary : To be determined through interview; negotiable based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

  • Currently residing in the Philippines
  • Experience in a trading company or manufacturing industry (purchasing / production control)
  • Japanese national or equivalent to JLPT N1
  • Business-level English proficiency and basic PC skills (Excel, email, etc.) required
  • Advanced / fluent level English proficiency is required for business communication

Other Information

  • Benefits and allowances will be applied after the 6-month probationary period upon official employment. (HMO and Life Insurance, Rice Allowance, 10 Days each Sick and Vacation Leave, etc.)

    • Working Style

  • Weekends and public holidays off.
  • Regular employees follow a flexible start time between 7 : 00 and 9 : 30 AM (tentative), with 8 working hours and a 1-hour lunch break.
  • Flex-time applies after the probationary period.
  • A company car is available, and sales activities during the day will be conducted using a driver (areas include Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, etc.).

    • Job Description

    You will be responsible for selling imported products to customers in the Philippines (mainly PEZA manufacturing companies).

    In addition to general sales tasks (delivery follow-up, quotations, document preparation, etc.), you will also be expected to propose solutions to customer issues, suggest products, and develop new clients depending on your aptitude.

    You will learn how to use the system and gain knowledge about imports through orientation and on-the-job training after joining.
