Leading New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring effective planning and execution.
Serving as the primary point of contact between the customer, Taipei HQ, and the factory to facilitate clear communication and collaboration.
Collaborating with the NPI Engineering Department and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or any related course.
Proven mastery in Manufacturing Industry with at least 8-10 years of NPI Engineering experience.
Advanced knowledge of project and program management tools and principles.
Good communications and leadership skills.
Can work under pressure.
