Inventory Custodian

The Inventory Custodian will perform any or all of the following according to the current team assignment and needs of the situation: Releases and monitors products for sale and for clinic use requested by aestheticians, Physician Assistants , and Doctors.

Update and Record Clinic use products in Business Central Monitor Fast Moving, Slow Moving, Out of stock and expiring products. Prepares weekly requisition and purchasing request of for sale and clinic use in Business Central Conducts monthly inventory count of products Receiving of Deliveries thru Business Central Prepares MEC Report and Nearly Expiry Report Prepares monthly Minimum/ Maximum report and variance report Monitors Clinic uses ledgers requested by Physician Assistant Monitors Aestheticians medicines and time logs Monitor machines consumables Requirements/Qualifications Detail Oriented, hardworking and can work with minimal supervision.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
