You will be an account manager for the websites of roughly 8-12 clients on our . This involves being a reliable and knowledgeable point of contact for these clients, responsible for managing all website inquiries, updates, and projects in a timely and efficient manner. Customer satisfaction is paramount as you will be working on our highest support tier. You will be responsible for proactively providing clients with a great service experience, understanding their personal preferences, website, and business, and maintaining a good relationship.
Job functions
Basic web development experience in WordPress / HTML / CSS is required to carry out simple updates yourself, as well as general understanding of more complex technical requests, e.g. JS / PHP, to coordinate larger projects with the team. Experience with WordPress plugins and integrations, e.g. WooCommerce, is required to troubleshoot and suggest solutions, especially with larger / more complex sites.
