Job description
You will be an account manager for the websites of roughly 8-12 clients on our . This involves being a reliable and knowledgeable point of contact for these clients, responsible for managing all website inquiries, updates, and projects in a timely and efficient manner. Customer satisfaction is paramount as you will be working on our highest support tier. You will be responsible for proactively providing clients with a great service experience, understanding their personal preferences, website, and business, and maintaining a good relationship.

Job functions
Basic web development experience in WordPress/HTML/CSS is required to carry out simple updates yourself, as well as general understanding of more complex technical requests, e.g. JS/PHP, to coordinate larger projects with the team. Experience with WordPress plugins and integrations, e.g. WooCommerce, is required to troubleshoot and suggest solutions, especially with larger/more complex sites. You are also responsible for developing new ideas to improve and promote the Dedicated Support service, e.g. assisting with marketing materials. Responsibilities and Duties:- Act as the main point of contact for roughly 8-12 clients in our website support division.
- Communicate with clients and manage requests via task boards, support helpdesk, and phone calls.
- Carry out basic website updates and development tasks (WordPress/HTML/CSS) and troubleshoot plugins, integrations, and solutions.
- Maintain good client relationships, time management, workload, and quality control for all clients under your portfolio.
- Set expectations and manage uncertainty and pressure from clients.
- Share ideas for improving the service.
- Improve processes to make working with clients and the Pronto team easier.
- Deploy proactive solutions for clients.
Qualifications and requirements
Technical Skill RequirementsExperience :
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years experience in WordPress development, with a good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, jQuery etc.
- Experience working with English-speaking clients and managing website projects.
- Strong English proficiency with excellent understanding, writing and communication skills.
- Experience in Elementor, WooCommerce, Adobe XD, UX/UI design, SEO and basic networking.
- Comfortable with project management tools such as Asana, Teamwork, Clickup, Jira, and Monday.com.
- Team player and able to work with cross-cultural teams.
- Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile.
- Accountable, detail and quality-oriented, with strong organisational skills.
- Self-motivated fast learner with a proactive growth & improvement mindset.
- Excellent critical thinking and attention to detail.
