About the Role

  • Reporting line : Reports into the SEAC CFO
  • Key responsibilities : Ensuring quality and timeliness of monthly financial and management reporting, providing key insights and meaningful analysis into the financial results, managing cash flow and liquidity of the regional practice, providing recommendations on contractual risks to minimize legal liabilities of the practice, providing inputs at key leaders' meetings so as to provide inputs from a financial perspective, setting up policies and procedures to govern the practice, annual budgeting, dealing with external auditors
  • Other responsibilities : Ad hoc projects such as acquisitions of entities, rolling out of new initiatives, continuous enhancements of existing finance processes, providing advice on minimizing tax exposures in the regional practice 4. Key highlights : Working with multiple parties across the region and managing a partnership culture made up of a diverse group of energetic leaders makes this role very interesting. Never a dull day.

  • About You

  • Degree holder with at least 15 years of post-graduate experience, 5 of which should be leading a team of no less than 5 people. Preference will be given to candidates in a similar role.
  • Financial and Management accounting and / or Audit experience : Minimum 3 years
  • Regional experience : Regional responsibilities across Southeast Asia within a multi-national organization, ideally in Financial Services or Professional Services organizations
  • Technical capabilities : Substantial management accounting and financial accounting experience
  • Change management : Demonstrated ability to lead changes and projects, and communications with senior leaders within the organization
  • Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup, office is based in Makati City.
  • Education Degrees / Field of Study required : Bachelor Degree
