Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree in Law and Bar Passer. Must have strong knowledge of property documentation, foreclosure laws and regulatory requirements. Detail oriented, organized and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Must have 2-3 years of legal experience in property law, banking, foreclosure or related fields. Has proven ability to analyze irregular documentation and provide practical legal remedies / solutions. Preferably with background working in banks and financial institutions.
Overview
Job Summary : Handle exception cases in the regularization of asset documentation for foreclosure of auto loans and housing loans applying both legal expertise and practical problem-solving to resolve irregularities in property documentation to aid in smooth foreclosure process.
Responsibilities
- Review, assess and resolve exception cases in pre-foreclosure documentation
- Develop innovative legal strategies and practical solutions to expedite regularization of asset documents while remaining compliant with applicable laws and regulations
- Liaise with government offices, courts, and external legal counsels as necessary to resolve pre-foreclosure documentation irregularities
