Position : Thai Customer Service Specialist (Non Voice)

Salary : Php 80,000

Schedule : Shifting

Work set-up : Temporary Work from Home

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer’s inquiries and technical concerns through emails and chats
  • Assist customers' service concern through email or chat (e.g. playlist, features, troubleshooting and subscription Inquiries)
  • Assist customers in Cancellation of premiums and in changing customer personal details
  • Handle concerns of account users regarding paid accounts, payment issues
