Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer’s inquiries and technical concerns through emails and chats
- Assist customers' service concern through email or chat (e.g. playlist, features, troubleshooting and subscription Inquiries)
- Assist customers in Cancellation of premiums and in changing customer personal details
- Handle concerns of account users regarding paid accounts, payment issues
