This is a remote position.
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM EST (includes 1-hour unpaid break)
Client Timezone : Eastern Time (Florida)
Total Weekly Hours : 40 hours
You will be the operational backbone supporting high-level business development during a critical growth phase. This role is central to the company’s US market expansion, ensuring that no lead or opportunity falls through the cracks. You’ll work closely with leadership to organize business development activities, streamline CRM operations, and create scalable systems to support rapid growth.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update HubSpot CRM with client information and interaction data from business development activities
Manage client follow-ups and ensure timely communication across multiple lead sources
Handle scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments for business development meetings
Organize and input information from inbound leads and outbound business development efforts
Create and manage automated workflows within HubSpot to optimize lead nurturing processes
Support internal communication and coordination between UK headquarters and US operations
Assist with administrative tasks related to new business setup and market expansion
Coordinate appointment logistics and internal scheduling to maximize business development efficiency
Requirements
Proven experience with HubSpot CRM (non-negotiable)
Fluent English communication skills with strong professional writing ability
Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Experience creating CRM automation and workflow optimization
Bonus : Customer service experience or background working with luxury / high-end clients
Comfortable with both internal coordination and light external communication
