We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Consulting Associate to join our strategy team. The ideal candidate has top-tier consulting experience (MBB or Tier 2), strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead analytical workstreams that directly support strategic decision‑making. Key Responsibilities
Analytical & Strategic Workstreams
- Structure and lead analytical workstreams by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.
- Develop hypotheses, validate insights, and build financial models to support strategic recommendations.
- Conduct scenario analyses and business case assessments to guide client decision‑making.
Research & Market Insights
Conduct in-depth market, sector, and competitive research to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.Synthesize research into clear narratives and actionable insights.Deliverables & Client Communication
Create and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.Translate complex analytical findings into concise, meaningful recommendations.Participate in client discussions, communicating progress updates and deliverables professionally.Project Management & Collaboration
Work closely with cross‑functional project teams to ensure smooth execution of project plans.Mentor and support junior team members to enhance team productivity and capability.Manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Prior consulting experience required (ex‑MBB or Tier 2 strongly preferred).Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; proficient in data analysis, financial modelling, and hypothesis testing.Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other analytical tools.Strong understanding of financial statements and ability to work with complex models.Proven experience in market research and competitive analysis.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to create client‑ready presentations and reports.Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities.Experience leading workstreams or small teams is an advantage.Language Requirements : Filipino Native or C1 / C2; English C1 / C2 proficiency.What We Offer
