Job descriptionWelcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance, and assist with the discovery of electronic cigarettes Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products about the e-cigarette product and conduct guided trials Perform seamless purchase transactions, including customization, database registration, and after-sales services Provide exceptional customer service by executing product diagnosis, handling returns, and processing replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles Overtime pay Holiday pay Monthly and quarterly sales incentives (with sales targets) Vacation and sick leave HMO coverage after the probationary period Mandatory government contributions 13th-month pay Uniforms, tools, and devices provided Paid training Accidental insurance
Position Title : Retail Sales Executive for Cavite
Work Location : Cavite Area
Work Setup : Onsite
Work Schedule : Day Shift (Shifting Schedule)
Employment Type : Regular | Full-time
Salary : PHP 20,000 – PHP 25,000
Areas of Assignment : Malls, Supermarkets, Airport, or Casino
Qualifications
- College graduate or at least 2 years in college
- Confident and charismatic personality
- Good English and Tagalog communication skills (natural conversational style)
- Work experience in customer service is required
- With a sales or retail sales background
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
