Sr. Production Draftsman

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Position Title : Sr. Production Draftsman

Work Set-up : Work From Office

Salary : Php 55,000 - Php 70,000

Schedule : Morning

Key Responsibilities

∙Create and update drawings based on client requests, ensuring they meet company

standards.

∙Check plans for accuracy, including site, floor, elevation, and electrical layouts

∙Ensure all drawings comply with Australian building regulations, design guidelines,

and codes (e.g., NCC, BCA, RESCODE, MCPs)

∙Coordinate with external parties such as engineers and manufacturers to confirm

dimensions.

∙Use surveys and plans to determine site levels for construction

∙Finalize and issue construction-ready drawings.

∙Assist with permit applications and support site supervisors with any drawing

clarifications.

∙Manage workload and document progress using Business Craft.

∙Ensure deadlines are met and quality is maintained.Review and record Engineering

Technical Solutions (ETS) for accuracy and improvement insights.

Required Qualifications

∙Graduate of Civil Engineering or its equivalent.

∙With prior related experience of the same capacity is recommended

∙Working experience and knowledge of the Australian Construction industry,

particularly in Australia.
