Settlements Officer (Office-Based | Clark, Pampanga)
About the Role
We are looking for a Settlements Officer to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth and accurate coordination of client submissions, credit approvals, lease documentation, and settlements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and submit finance applications accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with credit teams and assessors to review and workshop applications
- Prepare and issue contract documents for clients
- Coordinate with financiers to resolve queries and ensure timely settlements
- Oversee the end-to-end settlement process
- Collaborate with the Salary Packaging team during new lease settlements
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the settlement process
- Assist with vehicle sourcing and insurance establishment
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in a relevant field2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Australian credit, finance, or settlement operationsNeutral English accent with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong time management with the ability to prioritize and meet month-end deadlinesSelf-motivated, accountable, and a reliable team playerNice to Have :
