The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist youll be the go-to problem-solver for customers partners and clientsturning questions about accounts payments orders or benefits into fast clear solutions. Every interaction is a chance to make an impact build trust and show what top-tier customer experience looks connect your skills and experience with leading partners across industries like EdTech eCommerce FinTech Health & Wellness and more. What Youll Do :

  • Deliver personable positive customer support via email chat and phone
  • Troubleshoot and solve customer issues with clarity and care
  • Spot issue patterns and share insights for process improvement

  • Follow communication guidelines and research solutions when needed
