Job Title : Team Lead (Travel Sales)

Shift Schedule  : Night Shift

What We Seek :

• Completed at least 2nd year in college, without back subject / s
• At least 2 years of team management experience in a BPO - sales LOB
• Identifiers for sales : Quota-based KPIs -understanding closing techniques, handling objections, and adherence to sales scripts
• Preferably available to start immediately
