Company Nurse (47593) - Carmona, Cavite

Salary : 18,000 - 25,000

Required Qualifications :

・Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines

・Experience in conducting medical examinations, health screenings, and vaccinations

・Must be capable of performing HR support tasks as described in the job responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

・Provide health management services for employees (first aid, health consultations, response to illness, etc.)

・Administer initial response and documentation for factory accidents and injuries

・Coordinate and assist in the implementation of annual physical examinations

・Plan and conduct health awareness programs and hygiene education

・Maintain and manage health records and documentation (including DOLE-required reports)

・Manage and replenish medical supplies and first aid inventory

・Ensure compliance with health-related regulations of DOLE and PEZA

・The nurse will be stationed at the factory's nurse station and will be responsible for employee health and hygiene management, in accordance with the standard duties of a company nurse in workplaces with more than 50 employees.
