Technical Sales Executive

POSITION : TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVE

EXPERIENCE : 2 YEARS

INDUSTRY : ENGINEERING SERVICES INDUSTRY

LOCATION : MANDALUYONG CITY

SALARY : 20,000 PHP

Qualifications :

 College graduate or undergraduate of BS Interior Design with background in civil

engineering

 Preferably has sales experience with construction materials

 Able to negotiate agreements and keep records of sales data

 With knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles

 Excellent communication / presentation skills and ability to build relationships

 Enthusiastic and passionate

Responsibilities :

 Present and sell products used in finishing construction materials

 Able to take over and manage some accounts

 Remain in regular contact with the client to understand and meet their needs

 Hit sales target

 Follow and craft detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals

and quotas

 Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal

 Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty

Work Location :

 Boni Ave., cor San Joaquin St., Mandaluyong

Work Schedule :

 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm, Monday to Saturday

Job Type : Full-time

Compensation :

20,000 plus Php3,000 Transportation allowance

Schedule :  8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types :

 13th month salary

Experience :

 Sales : 1 year (Preferred)
