Job Description :
Your initial responsibilities will include understanding the current state of our manufacturing floor and driving improvements in productivity, quality, and overall operations. Your main duties will be to analyze OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), identify issues such as time loss, quality defects, and equipment downtime, and implement specific solutions. In the future, you will be expected to guide the team in continuous improvement activities and help elevate their skills.

Required Experience :
Extensive experience in productivity and operational improvements in the manufacturing industry.Over 3 years of practical experience as a Manager.Experience in calculating and analyzing OEE, as well as problem-solving.Business-level proficiency in both Tagalog and English.Strong motivation and ability to improve productivity and operations.A person who can analyze on-site issues and devise specific countermeasures.
