Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs covering :
Workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession management
Learning & development, performance management, and career pathing
Employee engagement, culture management, and change initiatives
Compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs
HR technology improvements and digital transformation
Compliance with labor laws and workplace standards
Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
Champion the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to maintain a highly engaged workforce.
Lead and develop the HR team to ensure capability building and succession readiness.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or Organizational Development preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience , with at least 5–7 years in an executive or CHRO / VP-level capacity .
Must have worked for a publicly listed company or a large conglomerate , with exposure to corporate governance and stakeholder relations at the board level.
Proven success in formulating and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Experience leading shared services or multi-company group structures is highly desirable.
Strong background in organizational transformation , culture building , and change management .
Demonstrated expertise in strategic workforce planning , succession management , and executive recruitment .
Experience in HR technology transformation and the use of analytics for decision-making.
Solid understanding of labor relations , compliance , and global workplace standards .
Other Requirements
Preferably of Visayan descent or fluent in Bisaya to connect well with the Cebu-based organization and workforce.
In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and international workplace standards .
