Position: German Speaking Analyst

Salary: PHP 70,000 - PHP 85,000 gross

Requirements:
Open for both Native and Non-Native German Speakers
Proficient in German and English
Bachelor Degree holder
Customer Service experience is an advantage
Knowledge in foreign exchange is a plus

Responsibilities:
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
