Role Overview
We're seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that elevates our social media presence,drives engagement, and generates qualified traffic to the company. This remote position will work closely with our UK team to transform our technical expertise into compelling content that resonates with security professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectivesConduct competitor analysis and industry trend research within the security and CCTVsectorCreate monthly content calendars across all social media platformsSet, track, and report on KPIs including engagement rates, click-through rates, website traffic, and lead generationContent Creation & Management
Transform technical product information, specifications, and existing content into engaging, accessible social media postsCreate platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter / X, Instagram, and YouTubeWrite compelling copy that speaks to professional installers and trade customersDevelop graphics, infographics, and visual content using design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)Repurpose long-form content (blogs, technical guides, product launches) into bite-sized social media contentCollaborate with UK team to develop video content concepts and provide guidance on productionCampaign Execution
Manage and execute campaigns using ZOHO Social and ZOHO CampaignsDesign and implement email marketing campaigns targeting installers and trade customersCreate promotional campaigns for product launches, trade shows, seasonal offers, and company milestonesDevelop A / B testing strategies to optimize content performanceManage paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)Community Management
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all platforms in a timely, professional mannerFoster community engagement and build relationships with security installers and industry professionalsIdentify and engage with industry influencers and potential brand ambassadorsAnalytics & Reporting
Monitor social media analytics and website traffic using Google Analytics andplatform-specific insightsPrepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendationsTrack ROI on digital marketing activities and campaignsContinuously optimize strategy based on data-driven insightsWebsite Collaboration
Work with the UK team to suggest website content improvements and SEOoptimisationsEnsure consistency between social media messaging and website contentCreate landing pages for specific campaigns using website CMSRequirements
Desirable Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fieldExperience marketing to trade / professional audiences (e.g., electricians, installers, contractors, engineers)Knowledge of the security, CCTV, or technical equipment industriesExperience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platformsUnderstanding of the UK B2B market and trade customer behaviorCertifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpotExperience with WordPress or similar CMS platformsPersonal Attributes
