We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Analyst. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operational processes, from managing inventory to coordinating with on-the-ground teams.

What You’ll Do

• Inventory Management :  Ensure our stores are always well-stocked by placing and tracking orders to maintain the right inventory levels.
• Team Coordination :  Communicate effectively with our on-the-ground teams via phone and text to coordinate daily activities and facilitate seamless operations.
• Problem-Solving :  Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise within our operational processes.
• Accountability :  Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities and performance to ensure a high standard of work.
• Administrative Support :  Accurately track team hours and activities.
• Continuous Improvement :  Contribute to the overall mission of enhancing operational smoothness and improving company processes.

What We’re Looking For

Hours :  Full-time (45+ hours per week), long-term. You will work  5 days a week , typically 8 am to 6 pm or similar, but some  Saturdays will be required  to meet the 45-hour work week.  Time-zone :  U.S. Central Time (CST)
