Machine Operation :

Set up, operate, and tend machinery that shapes, cuts, or processes metal and plastic materials used in colored roofing.

Quality Control :

Continuously monitor machine operation to ensure products meet specified dimensional accuracy and quality standards.

Adjustments & Maintenance :

Make minor adjustments to machine settings and controls to maintain efficient operation and product quality. Perform routine checks and cleaning of equipment, as well as minor repairs.

Production Monitoring :

Observe gauges and other indicators to regulate temperature, speed, and material flow.

Documentation :

Complete required documentation and production reports.

Safety :

Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Troubleshooting :

Identify and correct problems by adjusting machine controls or stopping machines as needed.

Material Handling :

Transport and manage materials as required, often using cranes or hoists for heavier loads.
