Job descriptionProject Management : Developing project plans, tracking deadlines, and coordinating proposal activities to ensure timely submissions. Content Development : Creating proposal shells, templates, and content, including writing, editing, and formatting materials. Compliance & Quality Assurance : Ensuring proposals are consistent, compliant with client requirements, and adhere to brand standards. Content Management : Maintaining a library of proposal-related materials (content, presentations, case studies, etc.) and managing version control of master documents.
Shift / Region : APAC
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, etc.
- 5+ years experience in bid / proposal roles
- Strong presentation and coordination skills
- Knowledge of RFP tools like Loopio, Qvidian, etc.
- Collaborative across teams and time zones
- Excellent project and time management
- Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe InDesign a plus
