Treasury Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Treasury Manager, based in Bacolod. The Treasury Manager will oversee the organization’s treasury activities, including cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting. They will manage banking relationships, ensure liquidity, and monitor compliance with financial policies and regulations. Other responsibilities include supervising treasury staff, preparing financial reports, and analyzing investment opportunities to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Experience in banking operations, treasury functions, and investment analysis
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Leadership and team management abilities to oversee treasury staff
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for financial decision-making
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar are an advantage
