This company has been in the industry for 21 years now here in the Philippines. They are providing services that includes software development solutions and other IT-based solutions.

Position : HR Manager / HR Officer

Industry : BPO / Online Gaming Industry Company

Location : Makati City

Schedule : Weekends Off (10 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM)

Salary : Php30,000-Php40,000 NET

Work Set-up : Work On Site

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree holder

Working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive

Has drivers license

Working experience in BPO or Gaming Industry is a plus

Responsibilities :

Create and put into action the HR initiatives and strategies.

Organize the requirements for boarding new hires

Support present and future company demands

Create and keep track of the organization's overall HR strategies, methods, tactics, and procedures, cultivate a supportive workplace

Maintain legal compliance at all times while managing human resources.
