Job description

We are looking for a team player, Technical & Sales Support, to join and support our operations and after sales services.

The Technical & Sales Support role bridges the gap between technical operations and customer-facing sales activities. This position is responsible for assisting the sales team with technical expertise, supporting clients with product knowledge, and ensuring smooth implementation and post-sales support of communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Support

  • Responsible for repair, trouble shooting and providing solutions for after sales.
  • Perform the checking on all stocks received and issued.
  • Accounts all rental equipment and accessories, reporting on any missing or faulty items, Regular weekly maintenance of charging equipment.
  • Cycle -time in supporting service and repair activities.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of communication systems (e.g. networking, radio, CCTV).
  • Provide technical documentation and user guides to clients.
  • Coordinate with principal / subcon to resolve client issues.
  • Conduct product testing and quality assurance checks.

Sales Support

  • Support the sales team in preparing technical proposals and presentations.
  • Attend client meetings to explain product features and answer technical questions.
  • Help identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, tenders, and bid documents.
  • Client Engagement

  • Provide after-sales support and training to clients.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction with delivered solutions.
  • Gather client feedback and relay it to the product or engineering teams.
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven work experience as a technician or similar role, ability to do basic trouble shooting of walkie talkie / Portable Radios.
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support or sales in the communications industry.
  • Basic Knowledge on Level 1 and Level 2 repair
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A team player and flexible to accept Ad hoc assignments as and when is required to support the team.
  • Ability to collaborate and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
