Core Responsibilities ? Build, maintain, and refine financial models to support forecasting, planning, and scenario analysis.

• ? Own budgeting and forecasting processes, including updates based on actual performance.
• ? Prepare and deliver regular financial reports with variance analysis against plan.
• ? Support business decision-making through ad hoc analysis and financial insights.

Requirements ? Demonstrated experience in financial analysis focused on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in the e-commerce industry, ideally the beauty industry.
