About the role

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking an experienced Head of Project Management (Real Estate Engineering) to join their team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for leading and overseeing project management activities for the company's real estate engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the project management team to ensure successful delivery of real estate engineering projects
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and monitor progress
• Oversee the allocation of resources and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery
• Lead and mentor the project management team, providing guidance and support to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
• Report on project performance and provide updates to key stakeholders
