Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field

At least 3–5 years of experience in General Affairs or administrative functions

Knowledgeable in processing AEP, visas, and government compliance (DOLE, BI, PEZA)

Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing industry.

Willing to work full-time on-site

Job Responsibilities :

Process employment permits and visa applications for foreign employees.

Manage and control expatriate documentation, handle expat-related requirements, and coordinate business travel arrangements.

Ensure compliance with labor and immigration laws and regulations.

Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date employee records.

Arrange hotel accommodations and transportation for company visitors.

Provide administrative support to internal departments as needed.

Oversee and maintain factory cleanliness and general facility standards.
