Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Voice) to join our international account team. The successful candidate will handle inbound and / or outbound voice calls to assist customers from global markets (e.g., US, UK, AU) with inquiries, concerns, or issues related to products or services. Strong English communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound / outbound calls from international customers professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, or technical support
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality guidelines, and compliance protocols
Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay up to date with account-specific products, promotions, or changes in policy
