Job descriptionStrong communication skills in both Japanese and English Basic Knowledge of design principles Practical experience in direction or product management Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLIP STUDIO PAINT Communicates effectively and works well with team members Balance quality and efficiency throughout production Adapts flexibly to both Japanese and international production styles and cultures Understanding or experience in character and parts separation for animation Knowledge or experience using motion tools such as Spine or Live2D Full-time or contract employee (negotiable) Salary Range : 70,000 - 80,000 PHP per month (Depending on experience and skills) Working Days : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 Am - 6 : 00 Pm Mandated Government benefits (SSS, Pag‑Ibig, PhilHealth), HMO upon regularization. Free lunch and freshly brewed coffee provided. Company‑provided training materials available. Job Description :
- Direct projects for both Japanese and international clients
- Manage and supervise designers and animators
- Handle quality control, scheduling, and review of deliverables
- Coordinate and report with Japan-based staff (including online meetings)
- When necessary, assist with hand‑on production task such as design and layout adjustments
