• Advanced Proficiency :  Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Microsoft Office, Articulate 360 Suite (Rise, Storyline, 360 AI), Captivate
• Advanced Proficiency : Vyond (or equivalent animation tool), Synthesia, other AI-powered video tools
• Intermediate : Adobe Suite, Canva, Elevenlabs, Stable Diffusion, Tome, Simplified, etc.
• Must have People Management, Instructional Design, and Content Storyboarding experience
• Experience must be in a BPO / contact center setting
