This is a remote position.

Schedule :

• Mondays to Fridays, 9 : 00 AM to 1 : 00 PM UK time

Role Overview :

We're looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to be the sole owner and builder of a new dual-sided staffing marketplace app. This role is to replace an existing platform and requires building both the Provider (client) and Carer (worker) apps from scratch for web and mobile (iOS / Android).

You will drive the rapid development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in 8-10 weeks).

Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their benefits and taxes. The professional fees are at hourly rates, and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Requirements

Expert : React Native (for mobile apps) and Node.js / NestJS (for API). Proficient : React / Next.js (for web app) and PostgreSQL. Experience With : Integrating payment (Stripe Connect) and compliance (Onfido / Yoti, etc.) APIs. Mindset : Pragmatic, fast-paced developer capable of owning the entire build plan from stack selection (AWS / Azure, Terraform) to launch.
