Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who will serve as the first point of contact for customers. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure excellent service at all times.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
Meet quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics
Requirements
High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)
Good English communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
Amenable to shifting schedules
