Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market presence within the FinTech sector.
• Prospect and engage with potential clients through calls, meetings, and presentations to understand their financial technology needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring consistent follow-up and account management.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain the value proposition of digital financial products (e.g., payment gateways, lending platforms, digital wallets, or analytics tools).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, and Operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and post-sales support.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively and profitably.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry developments, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies in the FinTech ecosystem.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences aligned with brand and client expectations.
