Job Description :
We are hiring a Process Improvement Manager to review and assess company policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Assess effectiveness of internal controls and identify gaps
Recommend improvements in processes and compliance
Prepare reports on findings and risks
Work with department heads for implementation
Monitor adherence to policies and procedures
Qualifications :
CPA, Accountancy graduate
Experience with Top External Audit Firms required
Strong internal audit and ERP background
Excellent MS Excel and analytical skills
