Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced Regional Warehousing Manager to oversee and optimize operations across our warehouses in Bacolod, Iloilo, and Cebu . The role is responsible for ensuring efficient inventory control, safe and compliant operations, timely distribution, and strong team performance. You will lead warehouse teams, implement process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to support business goals and customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in warehouse / logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, distribution, and warehouse systems
• Proven leadership and people management skills across multi-site operations
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Willing to be based in Visayas and travel regularly to Bacolod, Iloilo, and Cebu
