Customer Service & Marketing Operations Specialist
Location : Remote (Philippines or LATAM)

We are looking for more than a traditional support agent. This role combines customer service with light marketing and operational responsibilities.
You will spend a large portion of your time delivering a high-quality customer experience, while also supporting the marketing team with CRM management, email campaigns, and basic landing page updates. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong customer service professional who wants to grow into e-commerce operations or marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support Excellence
Manage inbound inquiries via email, chat, and phone
Resolve customer issues and process orders
Turn challenging situations into positive customer experiences
CRM Management
Maintain and update customer records
Ensure tags, segments, and profiles are accurate
Support targeted marketing initiatives through clean data
Email Marketing Support
Assist with drafting and scheduling customer emails
Verify links, formatting, and overall accuracy before sending
Ensure communications align with brand tone and standards
Landing Page Coordination
Help create and edit simple landing pages for promotions or launches
Make basic updates within website or e-commerce platforms
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Marketing and Sales teams to identify customer pain points
Suggest improvements to messaging, processes, or site experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
2–4 years in customer service, administrative, or support roles
E-commerce experience preferred
Marketing & CRM Exposure
Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot
Basic understanding of CRM structure and segmentation
Technical Aptitude
Comfortable navigating website backends (e.g., Shopify, WordPress)
Able to make simple updates without developer support
Communication Skills
Near-native English, both written and spoken
Professional, friendly, and brand-appropriate tone
Work Style
Proactive and solutions-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Interested in expanding into marketing or operations
