• Role Focus : Design and lead the end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) framework for healthcare site identity and data across multiple sources.
• Strategic Leadership : Define data architecture, rules, and governance for unifying disparate healthcare site data into a standardized, analytics-ready master dataset.
• Process Architecture : Architect the MDM process, including data ingestion, normalization, matching, governance, and maintenance.
• Framework Ownership : Establish scalable data models and integration architecture, while engineering teams handle technical implementation.
• MDM Strategy : Lead creation and ongoing management of master data from structured and unstructured sources, ensuring persistent site identities.
• Data Governance : Define standards for golden record creation, data lineage, stewardship, and data lifecycle management.
• Integration Expertise : Architect scalable data models and integration patterns, with deep knowledge of cloud data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Compliance & Quality : Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance, especially within regulated healthcare environments.
• Healthcare Domain Experience : Bring prior experience managing data products and master data systems in healthcare or real-world data (RWD) organizations.
• Leadership & Collaboration : Lead cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical frameworks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
