Job Responsibilities :
1. Budgeting and Financial Planning
Prepare annual budgets and forecasts for the call center’s operations.
Monitor actual performance vs. budgeted costs (e.g., salaries, utilities, technology expenses).
Provide financial projections to guide management decisions.
2. Cost Control and Analysis
Track operational expenses such as telecommunications, software licenses, and staff training.
Analyze cost per call, cost per agent, and other key financial metrics.
Identify ways to reduce unnecessary spending and improve profitability.
3. Payroll and Compensation Management
Ensure timely and accurate salary payments to agents and staff.
Calculate commissions, incentives, and bonuses based on performance metrics.
Handle deductions, taxes, and benefits administration.
4. Billing and Invoicing
Manage client billing if the call center operates as a service provider (BPO).
Ensure invoices are sent accurately and payments are collected on time.
Reconcile accounts receivable and payable.
5. Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, etc.).
Provide reports for management review, investors, or external auditors.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
6. Cash Flow Management
Monitor inflows (client payments) and outflows (salaries, rent, utilities).
Maintain sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations.
Forecast future cash requirements.
7. Compliance and Auditing
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and financial policies.
Support internal and external audits.
Maintain transparent and accurate financial records.
8. Financial Systems and Tools
Manage financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Excel-based systems).
Work with IT to integrate finance tools with call center systems (like CRM or HR software).
