Job Description:
Participates in the conceptualization of the development and improvement of products and related manufacturing processes/procedures.
Career Level:
With at least one (1) year experience in Food Manufacturing with background in Research and Development.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Food Engineering, BS Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry or equivalent course.
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills and is capable of preparing technical
documentation and reports clearly and accurately. - Proficient in the use of basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
email platforms, and basic data management or documentation systems. - Must be flexible and willing to work beyond regular hours when necessary—especially during product
trials, pilot testing, technical transfers to production, or product costing activities. - Physically fit and able to work under varying environmental conditions.
- Has a basic understanding of food safety standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and
laboratory protocols. - Demonstrates a proactive attitude toward learning new procedures, tools, and technologies related to
food product development and improvement. - Has a basic working knowledge of laboratory tools and equipment such as pH meters, salinometers,
thermometers, moisture analyzers, and food processors. - Open to training, supervision, and skill development in line with the company’s innovation goals and
technical standards.

Successful applicant will be assigned in Malvar, Batangas Plant.
