he Analyst (Onboarding) is responsible for the pre-boarding and onboarding activities of the identified
candidates / newly hired employees of eClerx. He / She shall partner with the assigned account recruiter and
stakeholders by providing administrative support, and with the new hires by delivering positive pre-boarding
and onboarding experience.
- Prepare and present the Job Offer letter, Contract, Non-Disclosure Agreement and other new hire
documents to identified candidates / newly hired employees for their acceptance and signature.
Discuss the pre-employment requirements and other new hire documents to identifiedcandidates / newly hired employees.
Act as the new hires’ point of contact by providing them with pre-boarding and onboardinginstructions and reminders, answering their queries and guiding them towards the completion of
their pre-employment requirements, new hire documents and / or other pre-boarding / onboarding
activities.
Endorse identified candidate / new hire for the necessary pre-employment checks within SLA,including but not limited to Pre-employment Medical Exam (PEME) and Background Verification
(BGV).
Review and update PEME and BGV reports & trackers and inform the recruiter and otherstakeholders for any unfavorable findings or possible discrepancies.
Ensure that the new hires are able to complete their pre-employment requirements, especially thePrimary requirements, and other new hire documents within SLA
Update and submit the new hire roster to IT & Facilities teams to prepare their equipment fordeployment and delivery.
Update and submit the new hire roster to LND and other Enabling teams and their immediatemanager / Tower Head to prepare for New Hire Orientation and Onboarding.
Collect, sort, track and audit the pre-employment requirements and new hire documents submittedby new hire prior to storing them on their 201 files on SharePoint.
Update the new hire information and employee records on company ATS, HRIS and other employeedatabases.
Update the requirements compliance tracker and provide compliance status to New Hire and itsImmediate Supervisor, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, L&D teams, and other stakeholders
Continuously review and improve the onboarding process to ensure that it remains efficient and inline with the company and the client’s compliance requirements
