Your Role
As an Associate for Career Support, you aim to deliver on targets and initiatives for Job Seekers. In this role, you will advocate and assist job seekers by helping locate opportunities, refine / improve resumes, and facilitate logistics for interviews. You will contact job seekers and employers via phone call, email, and / or SMS to coordinate potential hires and opportunities.
Your ultimate goal is to schedule as many interviews as possible with qualified candidates and to maximize the number of job placements within the Job portal. More specifically, your responsibilities include end-to-end talent acquisition including sourcing up to and including onboarding such as the following :
Job Seeker Support :
- Proactively review and assess candidate profiles and resumes to identify strengths, gaps, and areas for improvement aligned with market demands.
- Match job seekers to current openings on the Job career pages by analyzing both candidate qualifications and job requirements to ensure strong alignment.
- Provide actionable feedback and coaching to job seekers to enhance their resumes, profiles, and overall presentation, improving their marketability and hireability.
- Clearly communicate employer expectations and role-specific requirements to job seekers to set them up for success during the hiring process.
Employer Support :
Take full ownership of coordinating interview schedules between employers and job seekers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both parties.Act as a strategic partner to employers by assisting in interview logistics, candidate communications, and follow-ups as needed.Maintain a consistent pipeline of pre-screened, highly qualified, and role-aligned candidates to employers to maximize placement rates and meet hiring targets.Continuously refine sourcing and matching strategies based on employer feedback and hiring outcomes, driving continuous improvement in placement success.Qualifications
At least 2 years of solid experience in US Talent Acquisition, US RPO, or US staffing agencyComfortable working with hiring managers and hiring directors and possibly C-suite contactsDemonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks using multiple tools and systemsExcellent business English communication skillsProfessional phone etiquette capable of handling both inbound and volume outbound callsPreferred Qualifications
More than 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitingWith impeccable negotiation techniques - able to execute offer negotiations, etc.With experience in volume hiring, seasonal hiring, and able to handle niche campaignsSalary
