Job descriptionDegree Holder in Textile Technology / Clothing or equivalent. Strong solid experience in all-round factory experience in garment manufacturing environment is a MUST. At least 8 years relevant experience in garment manufacturing industry including 3 years at managerial level. Self-motivated, result‑oriented and able to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong problem‑solving skills. Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin. Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and oversee budgets, plans and programs to ensure the optimum utilization of available equipment, space, facility and human resources necessary to attain manufacturing objectives.
- Drive profitability, create, implement and manage business strategies to achieve the Company’s objectives and to provide continual stimulus to its growth and operational efficiency.
- Handle crisis management and tactical plans when necessary.
- Optimize production capacity to maintain effective inventory arrangement.
- Leverage synergy with senior management team on company’s strategies development.
- Coordinate and liaise with local authorities in complying with national laws and regulations as well as the group’s policies & guidance.
Station in SEA region is required
