Stone / Tiles Draftsman Cutting List Expert (Work FromHome)

We are looking for a skilled Stone Drafter with strong experience in stone shop drawings and cutting lists , particularly for hotel and casino projects . The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with marble, granite, and other natural stones , and understands the high level of accuracy and coordination required for luxury hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed stone shop drawings for marble, granite, and engineered stone

Produce accurate cutting lists / cut sheets for fabrication and installation

• Coordinate stone layouts, elevations, sections, and details
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, tolerances, and industry standards
• Coordinate with designers, QS, and site teams to resolve technical issues
• Revise drawings based on consultant and client comments
• Ensure drawings are suitable for hotel and casino standards , including premium finishes

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as a Stone Drafter in fit-out or stone works

Strong background in hotel and casino projects

Technical Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD (required)

Ability to interpret architectural and interior design drawings
