REQUIREMENTS :
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
technical field is the standard.

o SAN (Storage Area Network) & NAS (Network Attached Storage) : The two
primary types of storage and their use cases.
o Protocols : Basic knowledge of NFS, CIFS / SMB, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel.
o RAID : Understanding of different RAID levels and how they provide data protection.
