Job description

Inventory Management : Maintain an accurate inventory of IT parts, components, and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels to meet the needs of the organization

Procurement Coordination : Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to source and purchase IT parts and components, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.

Order Management : Manage orders for IT parts, ensuring they are placed, tracked, and delivered as per the planned schedules. Address any delays, shortages, or supply chain disruptions promptly.

Budget and Cost Control : Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the IT parts procurement budget, ensuring cost control measures are in place and identifying areas for cost reduction.

Demand Forecasting : Analyze past consumption data to forecast future demand for IT parts and proactively plan for seasonal or project-based fluctuations.

Reporting : Prepare regular reports on parts usage, inventory levels, procurement status, and budget adherence for internal stakeholders.

Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to inventory management, procurement processes, and supplier relationships to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Collaboration : Work closely with IT project teams, maintenance departments, and other business units to ensure the timely availability of parts for all IT-related activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or any related field
With a least 1-year relevant experience
Average user of MS Office Software
Strong understanding of inventory management and parts planning processes.
Experience with procurement software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to analyze data
