Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, 1 hour unpaid break | Perth (Australian Western Standard Time)
Paid hours per week : 40 Hours
Responsibilities :
- Provide level 3 IT support services for managed service clients
- Work with Microsoft-based technologies, including Azure, Office 365, and Intune
- Develop and implement automation and integration solutions with existing tooling
- Support cybersecurity initiatives and implementations
- Handle complex technical issues that require senior-level expertise
- Collaborate on MSP operations and client service delivery
