Job Description
A Product Manager plays a crucial role in the development and management of a product throughout its life cycle. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, conducting market research, gathering customer insights, and working closely with departments such as Regulatory, Data Analytics, Digital, Purchasing, and Sales to ensure successful execution of the product roadmap.
Key responsibilities :
Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies
Analyze market data and identify emerging trends to adjust product strategy
Build and maintain a pool of Key Opinion Leaders related to assigned products
Liaise with professional societies relevant to the products handled
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure strong product communication and sales plans
Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions
Manage inventory and collaborate with Regulatory for forecasting, movement, ordering, and MOQ management
Oversee budget allocation for projects, promotional materials, tactical plans, including relationship-building activities, price offers, rebates, discounts, and samples
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous product availability across all channels
